Racotumomab vs vaccine bivalente?

does anyone know the difference between Racotumomab and bivalent vaccine?, the oncologists in Barcelona tell me that both are valid, a big difference obviously, the Racotumomab is applied in Argentina, Chile, Cuba etc. the cost is lower, both are experimental
It would be helpful if you can consult the doctors at the Memorial, since I only speak Spanish and I must translate everything I transcribe

I would say they are extremely different Racotumomab is a general vaccine that was developed for solid tumors. The vaccine at MSK was developed for Neuroblastoma specifically. As far as I can tell Racotumomab is still in phase 1. I think the MSK vaccine at MSK is now well into stage 2.
